HNA Launches Realtor Covenant Awareness Initiative

The Houndslake Neighborhood Association (HNA) has launched a new initiative to increase awareness of our community covenants among local real estate professionals. As part of this effort, we’ve printed thousands of business cards featuring a QR code that links directly to the updated Covenants section on our website.

To support this outreach, the HNA will deliver a presentation to the Aiken Board of Realtors, highlighting the importance of covenant knowledge during property transactions in Houndslake. These cards will be distributed to realtors and closing agents throughout the area, making it easier for them to access and share accurate information with their clients.

Realtors frequently request this information when listing or selling homes in our community, and this new program ensures they have quick, reliable access to the guidelines that help maintain the character and integrity of Houndslake’s neighborhoods.
