We’re excited to share that the Houndslake Neighborhood Association has completed the Houndslake North Sign Repainting Project, a small but meaningful step in our ongoing commitment to community pride and curb appeal.
The Houndslake North entrance sign at the corner of Northwood Dr. and Hitchcock Parkway had become weathered and faded. As a first impression for both residents and visitors, these signs represent the face of our neighborhood—and we believe they should reflect the care and quality of the community they welcome you into.
The repainting project included a full refresh of the sign’s lettering, trim, and background, restoring its original color scheme and ensuring it stands out beautifully. The work was handled by a professional local painter experienced in sign restoration, with attention to both durability and aesthetic appeal.
This project is part of a broader effort by the HNA to invest in the appearance and long-term value of Houndslake.
